I currently work as a Senior Consultant for IBM’s Finance Risk & Fraud division utilizing my communication and leadership skills. I have overseen multiple undertakings, including the management of software defects and software testing efforts for federal government clients. I am equipped with a large arsenal of computer skills in the areas of systems/software analysis and design, software testing, and quality assurance. My broad technical understanding allows me to effectively bridge the gap between end-users and programmers. IBM | Senior Consultant, Gaithersburg, MD August 2012 – Present

UFMS Automated Functional Testing Team: Lead an 8 member team in an Agile project to develop and test automated test scripts in the Momentum application to streamline regression testing activities

UFMS 2.2 Implementation and Testing Team: Worked with the Testing Team, responsible for the testing and analysis of all versions of the UFMS (Momentum Financials) software for each of the Department of Justice’s components. The team focuses on analyzing, diagnosing, or confirming resolutions to issues in new software builds, hotfixes, and custom solutions. Additionally, the team provides system assurance through regression testing efforts.
