I currently work as a Senior Consultant for IBM’s Finance Risk & Fraud division utilizing my communication and leadership skills. I have overseen multiple undertakings, including the management of software defects and software testing efforts for federal government clients. IBM | Senior Consultant, Gaithersburg, MD August 2012 – Present

UFMS Automated Functional Testing Team: Lead an 8 member team in an Agile project to develop and test automated test scripts in the Momentum application to streamline regression testing activities

• Created automated testing scripts using IBM’s Rational Functional Tester

• Customize scripts by developing custom methods using JAVA programming language

• Demo automated testing capabilities to DOJ Stakeholders (FBI and DOJ)

• Performed upgrade and installation of IBM Rational Team Concert and WebSphere software

UFMS 2.2 Implementation and Testing Team: Worked with the Testing Team, responsible for the testing and analysis of all versions of the UFMS (Momentum Financials) software for each of the Department of Justice’s components. The team focuses on analyzing, diagnosing, or confirming resolutions to issues in new software builds, hotfixes, and custom solutions. Additionally, the team provides system assurance through regression testing efforts.
